AOC just made it perfectly clear why the border crisis matters so much to her (and it's not because of the children) [video]

Good Lord, but Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is insufferable.

Just in case she hasn’t already made it abundantly clear to us that she’s using the border crisis to shamelessly promote herself, take a look at this spectacle from today’s House hearing on the border crisis:

At a hearing on migrant children and border security, @AOC is sworn in for dramatic effect.

"We usually don't require a swearing in, but you want to be sworn in?" —@RepCummings

"Yes." @AOC pic.twitter.com/lqeQrDoTT0

Because of course.

Wow. There are actually people that support that nitwit? Strange world.

It’s all about the theatrics. https://t.co/g4YPDO4J1F

That’s all it was ever about. She doesn’t care about migrants. She doesn’t care about children. To her, they’re merely stepping stones along her quest for power.

Meanwhile:

AOC: "When these women tell me…that their sink was not working… and they were told to drink out of a toilet bowl – I believed them…I believed the canker sores that I saw in their mouths…I believed them when they said they were sleeping on concrete floors for two months." https://t.co/No5OXklMgR

Do we literally just have AOC's word on the toilet thing? Has there been any reporting to that effect? https://t.co/mCaPtpgkm8

We’re just supposed to take her at her word. She swears by it, after all.

I swear to tell the moral truth, the whole moral truth, and nothing but the moral truth… even if it is not the actual truth!

'This is nonsense'! AOC's explanation for why she insisted on being sworn in at border crisis hearing sets off BS alarm bells https://t.co/gdTuTvLwH2
