As Twitchy told you earlier, Donald Trump trolled the Resistance today with this “Game of Thrones” meme:

Ed Krassenstein, aka one half of the Resistance Wondertwins, predicted that “Game of Thrones” producers would sue Trump over that:
You will be sued by Game of Thrones!

Well, we’re not sure if Kreskin Krassenstein’s prediction will come true, but HBO is apparently less than thrilled with Trump corrupting their wholesome brand:
NEW: HBO isn't too pleased with Trump's #GameOfThrones-inspired tweet:
"Though we can understand the enthusiasm for Game of Thrones now that the final season has arrived, we still prefer our intellectual property not be used for political purposes." https://t.co/CRXmN72HaK pic.twitter.com/iWyRf2ZJzx

Meanwhile, ‘member when “Game of Thrones” producers had no problem using their show to make a political statement? We ‘member:

Yeah they don't want their property used for political purposes which is why they decided to use their property for political purposes when they made GWB into a decapitated head on a spike and broadcast it.
It can only be used politically when it fits their political view.
