Will the Party of Civility denounce Rep. Mike Quigley for saying this to Ben Carson?

So this from Rep. Mike Quigley must be more of that Democratic outreach the Washington Post is going on about:

“We are all now more stupid than we were when you came in the room today, sir,” Rep. Mike Quigley says to HUD Secretary Ben Carson at the end of his five minutes of questions to Carson during today's hearing on appropriations for the department.

Underlying issue was Quigley pressing Carson on posting nondiscrimination guidance, Carson responding that if there's a rule on the books it doesn't need to be posted.
