As Twitchy told you, with the media’s help, the Left is exploiting the death of a 7-year-old migrant girl who died in border patrol custody — after reportedly being dragged through the desert and denied food and water by her own father.
Ben Rhodes is among the many liberals turning her death into another opportunity to critique our Border Patrol and illegal immigration policies:
