You’d think that by now, Democrats would be a little more careful about showing their hand when it comes to due process. We know they don’t really give a damn about it, but they’d be wise to at least pretend that it matters to them.

Democratic Rep. Jackie Speier clearly isn’t concerned about appearances. She’s openly opposing due process — by going after Betsy DeVos, of course:

“Betsy DeVos is intent on putting us in a time machine and taking us back to the Stone Age, when it was okay to drag a woman by her hair,” Speier said. “We aren’t going back.”
