CNN’s record when it comes to self-awareness has been pretty abysmal for a while, but in light of their commentator Marc Lamont Hill’s blatantly anti-Semitic rant at the U.N., it’s looking particularly awful.
Has @CNN even acknowledged the MLH stuff yet? A statement at least?

Point is, whether CNN keeps an advocate of anti-Semitic violence on the payroll is one thing—MSNBC does—but I can’t understand ignoring something like this completely, essentially telling its Jewish viewers that there’s nothing wrong here.

Admitting that they’ve got a virulent anti-Semite on their payroll just isn’t something they’re ready to do; they’d rather just pretend it’s not an issue in the hopes that we’ll forget about it.
Also worth keeping in mind: quite aside from Marc Lamont Hill’s call for genocide, he specifically and clearly advocated for violence against Jews, mere weeks after Pittsburgh. This is @CNN?

This is CNN:
They're literally doing a series of reports this week on the"State of Hate" suggesting anti-Semitism is almost exclusively on the right. So yes, they should have to say something

Perfectly illustrative of CNN’s rapidly accelerating descent into dumpster firedom.
