'You nailed it'! Pat Sajak cuts through the political crap and offers up some much-needed perspective

In case you haven’t noticed, one of the things that’s been most conspicuously absent from our political discourse is perspective. Maybe Pat Sajak can help us all out a little bit:

After all these months of bile and rancor, screaming in the faces of others, attempting to divide us and to destroy people on the other side of issues, what a joy to be back in the studio, taping six shows and meeting good people from all around the country…

— Pat Sajak (@patsajak) November 8, 2018

Nice folks of all shapes and ages and accents and backgrounds and races with no agendas other than having fun and playing a game. They’re uniformly friendly and kind to each other. They’re polite and respectful. And they represent tens of millions of others…

This is a great country filled with good people. We shouldn’t let the animosity that modern politics seems to engender make us lose sight of that fact. I left the studio feeling rejuvenated. Taping six more shows tomorrow, and I can’t wait!

The man is a legit national treasure.

You’re a treasure, Mr Sajak. God bless you ❤️

You nailed it Pat! ???

A bit of perspective from my man Pat!!

Yep…but the media thrives on showing us the negative and furthering our division.

At some point, we all need to turn off the politics and live our lives. Play with your pets, love your family and read a good book.

Amen to that.

God bless you sir! Your wit & attitude are a shining example for us all.
