'Wow. Hard-hitting reporting'! CNN's Maeve Reston beclowns herself with this scoop on Kamala Harris [video]

As Twitchy told you earlier, likely 2020 presidential contender Kamala Harris was in Cedar Falls, Iowa, today, where she didn’t quite generate the excitement she was hoping for.

But that’s OK, because Harris also appeared in Des Moines last night, and according to objective CNN reporter Maeve Reston, she got “a rock star reception.”

CNN reporter gushes over Kamala Harris, says she was received like a "rock star."

“She’s really gotten a rock star reception. You could really feel that electricity – a lot of love for her here in Iowa”

Pathetic.

Wow. Hard hitting reporting going on there.

I never knew one needed to speak quietly on a live feed 30’ away from the stage during a rock-star reception.

I'm surprised the 'reporter' could see the camera with those stars in her eyes. pic.twitter.com/GwiFf9HZau

How many fields in Iowa did this fertilize?

As annoying as the media’s fawning over “rock star” Democrats has been, though, it’s also proved useful in validating their critics’ concerns about bias.

"Rock star" is the new favorite lib journalist word for the 2020 Dem they're slobbering over at the moment.

An ABC reporter told a sweaty Beto O'Rourke this weekend "You're a "Rock star" and breathlessly gushed, "You can't go anywhere without being noticed."

The new media talking points have been sent. The words of the week to describe Dems are "rock" and "star." pic.twitter.com/UvUayNXsXd

Could they be any more transparent?

The most hilarious part about the above CNN interview is that the reporter is boasting about "hundreds" showing up for Harris in Iowa just hours after Trump hosted a mega-rally for +40,000 people in Texas (inside & outside the arena) that CNN refused to go live to
