'What the hell???' Dem Rep. Joaquin Castro makes jaw-dropping claim about Jared Kushner and Jamal Khashoggi [video]

We get that the Resistance has a problem with Jared Kushner, but Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro may be taking it a little too far:
