As Twitchy told you yesterday, AntiFa protesters swarmed TPUSA’s Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens outside a Philadelphia restaurant, throwing water on Kirk and screaming “F*ck white supremacy,” among other things.
But liberal political commentator Chris Hahn is “very dubious” as to the authenticity of the protest and is “suspicious” that Kirk and Owens planned the whole thing. And Newsweek is on it:

Most people might like to see some evidence first, but not Newsweek. One guy’s suspicions are good enough for them!

That would certainly explain why Newsweek felt confident enough to run with it.
It's sort of dumb too, because the assertion is not that Antifa were crisis actors or something, but that they were tipped off.
And? Even if that were true, why does that excuse their actions?
