You know what? Maybe we’re being too hard on Peter Fonda. Yeah, the guy went off on a batsh*t insane rant against Donald Trump and Republicans and wanted to throw Barron Trump into a cage with pedophiles, but it was coming from a good place. A holy place:

Oh! I missed the Pope’s rant that Baron Trump should be caged with pedophiles. Can someone send me a link? https://t.co/Gmu0Iphkv7

We missed it, too. But no matter. Because Fonda’s really sorry or whatever:
Actor @iamfonda is apologizing to the Trump family for his vulgar tweets. "Like many Americans, I am very impassioned and distraught" over the border crisis, "but I went way too far," he says. "It was wrong and I should not have done it." Says he's sorry. (via @TheSandraG)

Sorry he got called out, is more like it. Fonda’s tweets weren’t an accident. They weren’t a mistake. He meant every word he wrote.
After a talk with @SecretService , who wouldn't?
