Iconic fashion designer Kate Spade was found dead Tuesday morning in her NYC apartment … TMZ has learned.
It’s unclear who found her, but we’re told Kate was in her home on Park Avenue at the time. There are reports it was suicide.

Designer Kate Spade was found dead inside her Manhattan home. Police believe she committed suicide. She was found hanging by her housekeeper & there was a note.
