CALLING IT NOW! Ben Shapiro predicts who's next on Not-President Hillary Clinton's to-blame list

As Twitchy told you, the powers that be at Twitter — in their infinite wisdom — have decided to roll out a “small change” and increase the character limit from 140 to 280. So far, most people are pretty pissed about it. But Ben Shapiro thinks he’s found one glaring exception:
