We have now officially entered the tinfoil segment of the campaign.https://t.co/dBaPvaHqn6

Oh, lawdy …
Bloomberg reporter asks Clinton if ISIS, or Russians, staged terror attacks to help Trump because it's 'widely seen' they prefer Trump.
— Byron York (@ByronYork) September 19, 2016
Wait, what?
you can't be serious
— #BearJew (@ChefChip) September 19, 2016
No, really:
This is a horrific question from the press and Hillary has a responsibility to call it out https://t.co/3kCKSL2rbL pic.twitter.com/p8SkSRgz8m

Video via The Washington Free Beacon:
Seriously, what the hell kind of question is that?
I'm not kidding… this is the sort of corrosive question a POTUS should slap down quickly & forcefully @jeneps
— PoliMath (@politicalmath) September 19, 2016
But Hillary’s Hillary, and she didn’t slap it down:
“Here’s what we know,” Clinton said after declining to speculate about any Russian connection. “I think it is important for voters to know and hear this and weigh it in making their choice in November; we know that a lot of the rhetoric we’ve heard from Donald Trump has been seized on by terrorists, in particular ISIS.”
So essentially what we have here is a pathetic excuse for journalism — and Hillary’s indulgence of it. Sounds about right.
Bloomberg editors should review their coverage of presidential candidates after this ridiculous question by @jeneps to Clinton. https://t.co/RUCMgV0js8

Lobbing incoherent softballs to power. (Seriously, this question…. what the heck was it?) https://t.co/G8N57CedC8

Press: Are terrorists attacking us b/c Trump?
Hillary: I'm not saying that's true
P: are you… are you trying to wink?
H: Yes I am— PoliMath (@politicalmath) September 19, 2016
Journalism. How does it work?

It really is a mystery!
That's not a question. That's a manifesto.
— GMS (@sasso333) September 19, 2016
@Roark__ Question is nonsensical. No wonder the press has lost its way.
— Bob Currin (@CurrinJr) September 19, 2016
@jeneps is the person who calls herself a reporter. Its no wonder people distrust and loathe the news media today
— Eli (@DownLadder1) September 19, 2016
the fact that you actually asked Clinton that stupid question shows again, why no one trusts the media. What an idiotic question
— Eli (@DownLadder1) September 19, 2016
We no longer have a functioning media.
