As Twitchy told you, Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert McDonald recently compared VA wait times to waiting in line at Disneyland. Because he clearly cares very deeply about the way our veterans are being mistreated by the scandal-plagued VA system.

His callous remarks were disgusting and shameful. But based on Politico’s take, you might believe the real outrage lay in how Republicans reacted:

Republicans quickly seized on the comments, holding them up as the latest example of the Obama administration’s callous approach to veterans.
