'Santorum was running?' Report: Rick Santorum to bow out of GOP POTUS race

Alas, it’s true. Rick Santorum is reportedly set to withdraw from the 2016 GOP presidential race:

The news comes as kind of a shock, as many Americans had forgotten he was still running.
