'Who's the president again'? Josh Earnest: Congressional GOPers 'have failed' on combating ISIS

Bless his heart. He never gives up:

Republicans in Congress have failed to do anything to combat ISIL. Here's how they could start. https://t.co/PZMy0FeSMe

— J Earnest (Archived) (@PressSec44) January 7, 2016

Those damn congressional Republicans! This whole mess is all their fault! Thank goodness Josh was around to tell us, or we might’ve gone on thinking that Barack Obama actually bore some executive responsibility.

@PressSec So silly. Republicans in Congress are not the Commander in Chief. Again Obama F's up everything, then Josh blames Republicans.

I'm sorry, but who's the president again? https://t.co/BxvecIqUoI

@PressSec yeah, but who's the commander in chief?

— Joshua Meier (@PersistPastor) January 7, 2016

@PressSec I was just wondering, isn't Obama the Commander in Chief?

.@PressSec @WhiteHouse What the fuck does Congress have to do with the CINC's ineptitude? They don't command the Armed Forces.

@PressSec Mr. Obama's ineptitude in executing his war against ISIS is hardly the fault of Congress. The president is CIC.

@PressSec I guess in the Obama @WhiteHouse, the responsibility of being Commander in Chief doesn't applying to this President.
