As Twitchy told you, when it comes to Keystone XL, Hillary “Hard Choices” Clinton can’t seem to figure out where she stands. Or maybe she’s just waiting for the polls to tell her.
Anyway, her indecision may very well be music to her rival Martin O’Malley’s ears. It appears that he didn’t waste any time in seizing on her weak-kneed waffling:
