Ridiculous? That’s putting it mildly.
In light of the IG’s recent report in the Phoenix VA system alone, 1700 vets were kept waiting for appointments but not put on a waiting list, and vets there waited an average of 115 days for their first primary care appointment, it’s long past time for VA Secretary Eric Shinseki to step aside.
Country singer Chely Wright says enough is enough:
I'm dumbfounded. VA's Shinseki needs to step down or be fired. The next person to hold position will know that the buck stops at the top.
