Earlier today, the Egyptian military threatened to intervene if Morsi and his opponents fail to reach an agreement within 48 hours. But anti-Morsi protests only appear to be gaining momentum, as thousands upon thousands of protesters have swarmed the streets of Egypt for the second day in a row:
