We’re not buying the president’s risible proclamation calling on Americans to exercise fiscal responsibility this April, and neither is former GOP Rep. Allen West. West prefers a more honest name: Nat’l Pony Up Your Hard-Earned Capital by Way of Onerous Taxation Month.

That’s much more suitable, no?
