The UK’s crusade against dangerous weapons continues apace:

Indeed it is:

[39-year-old Scott Walker] admitted that on Saturday in Appin Crescent, a public place, he was in possession of an object which had a blade or was sharply pointed.

The object in question was a potato peeler.

His defence solicitor Selina McKay said her client “suffers from significant learning difficulties which have been lifelong”.

Good thing they got him before he peeled anyone to death.

Oh, no doubt.

Hey, that’s not the police’s problem.

Maybe not the world … but the UK sure as hell is.
