Listen up, white South Africans. Newsweek has a message for you:
— Newsweek (@Newsweek) April 5, 2018
In his opinion piece, Professor Ben Cousins concludes:
In the meantime, white South Africans should be offering their energies (and for farmers, some of their land) to help find solutions. This will help secure their future in the country. Whereas attempts to defend their privilege could well lead to the loss of everything they own—an important lesson from Zimbabwe in the early 2000s.
In other words, it’s on white South Africans to not get murdered.

Is this some kind of [email protected] joke?
— Scott McFarlane (@ScottMcF9876543) April 5, 2018
This is just irresponsible virtue-signaling of the scummiest kind.
— Brad (@guessimbradnow) April 5, 2018
This is atrocious

You clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. Racism is always wrong….even when whites are the victims of it.
— Marco Crawford (@MarcoCrawford7) April 5, 2018
I actually had to read this- it's more disconnected than the headline suggests, surprisingly. Who pays these people to write such trash? And I use the word 'write' in the loosest sense…it reads like a bad 9th grade paper.
— Ed Lund (@RealEdLund) April 5, 2018
You mean being murdered then losing their land. Are you guys really this dense.
— Renegade Cowboy ⚓️ (@Rene_gadeCowboy) April 5, 2018
You realize they are not just losing their land, right? They are being murdered and tortured. You are disgusting.
— ?Lizzie? (@GingerSnarkLiz) April 5, 2018
Yeah, I just HATE it when a group of people being ethnically targeted and murdered just won't stop taking about it.
— Voluntary Zis (@TheVoluntaryZis) April 5, 2018
What a putrid piece of trash. Scores of farmers have been tortured & murdered, you moronic trolls.
— Rita Panahi (@RitaPanahi) April 5, 2018
Apparently Newsweek thinks white people should stop worrying about being tortured and murdered and just embrace the genocide. https://t.co/jUBzAy3wO5
— J.R. Salzman (@jrsalzman) April 5, 2018
What a disgusting piece. Collectivist garbage with the botttom line: submit or die.
— Jon Jones (@JonJone47424088) April 5, 2018
Parting thought exercise:
Are you really that dishonest? I know, let's all go remove the NW staff from their offices. Then, we should beat them and their families, killing some/most. Then write a story saying they "shouldn't panic about losing their offices."
— ProudConservative (@cryinglibs1) April 5, 2018
Shame on you, Newsweek.
