As Twitchy told you yesterday, actor-comedian David Cross posted an explanation — a rather weird one — for a racist “joke” he made several years ago to Asian American actress Charlyne Yi. According to Cross, it was just a misunderstanding over his “southern redneck character.”
Well, today, we can’t help but wonder what Cross and his wife, actress Amber Tamblyn, are gonna talk about at dinner tonight:
Amber Tamblyn says she supports and believes Charlyne Yi about husband David Cross’s racist jokes https://t.co/kiG3XyyVbt

Here’s what Tamblyn tweeted (via Vulture):
I spoke to @charlyne_yi and her feelings/safety are all that matter to me. We’re good. I owe you nothing, Twitter. You’re lucky to have me.

Just to get this straight @ambertamblyn you can believe white women about sexual harassment but not POC who come 4 your husband bout racism?

I’ll say it again. I spoke to Charlyne. I believe her. I’m about HER feelings/emotional health right now, not Twitter’s. That okay with you? https://t.co/aQU5dGqKuY

I will say this for the last time. Do not hold women accountable for the actions, decisions or words of their partners. Don’t. Do it.

Another tip: Don't telegraph your inevitable divorce

Eh I don't think that part is so bad if you're actually getting divorced. But if you intend on staying married, that shit ain't okay.
