Oh no! Time and People magazine aren’t planning to have a party where they sit around and pat themselves on the back the night before the White House Correspondent’s Dinner?
WHATEVER WILL WE DO?!
Time and People magazine will not hold their glitzy party the night before the White House Correspondents' Dinner https://t.co/Q6DM1OlJo0 pic.twitter.com/PBMToAQSY1

Respectfully, no one cares. https://t.co/rJ4f5zzRMy

Oh yeah, that.
No one cares.
And bless Salena Zito for being respectful but honestly we’re pretty sure no one gives even one damn about this party being canceled.
In fact most folks likely didn’t even know they had a big party. We didn’t.
Via Politico:
The move follows several other high profile parties being canceled for the annual event, during which the Washington media, politicians, and often celebrities gather to celebrate journalism awards, scholarships and normally to toast the president. President Donald Trump has announced he will not attend the dinner, the first time a sitting president has skipped the dinner in decades.
Thanks for letting us know. Most Americans, I am sure have been fretting over what People magazine would do. Now we can relax
