When you read these older tweets from Obama it’s just another reminder of how absolutely SMUG and ugly he has been as the Commander in Chief. Romney called out Russia during a debate in the 2012 election cycle, and Obama proceeded to make fun of him during said debate and then back on Twitter as well.
Guess that would make Obama a Twitter troll.
