Henderson’s manager said the actress died of heart failure surrounded by family and friends in Los Angeles.

Best known for her portrayal of Carol Brady, a widow with three daughters who married a widower with three sons, Henderson had a long career from singing on Broadway to her most recent undertakings, a talk show and cooking show.
