Because testifying about the murder of four Americans in Benghazi was clearly not a serious deal to Team Hillary.
Of course we already knew that, how else could she have so boldly lied about their deaths to their families while their caskets laid in front of her.

Political theater. Finding out what really happened to Stevens, Doherty, Woods and Smith was theater, and Democrats wonder why we hate them.
And the line about putting the blame on Congress in their minds effectively admonishing Hillary of all wrong doing.
Oh and the bit about shaming the committee for asking questions about dead Americans, how absolutely sanctimonious and awful. It comes off a little like, “How dare you little people question the queen.”

Imagine losing a son, husband, brother, father in Benghazi and seeing an email from this schmuck calling a hearing for justice a “game.”
