REPORT: NBC releases EXCLUSIVE footage of encounter between Charlotte Police and Keith Scott [video]

NBC has released exclusive footage of Kenneth Scott’s interaction with Charlotte Police.

Footage provided was taken by his wife, who you can hear in the background telling Keith, “Don’t do it” repeatedly and “Keith, get out of the car.”

You can also hear her tell the officers he does not have a gun.
