Sylville Smith, 23, was fatally shot by a Milwaukee police officer on Sat., Aug. 14, 2016. At this time officials are discussing the body cam footage from the incident which the police chief says shows the shooting was lawful and that Smith was armed.

The riots began before anyone even really knew  Smith’s name, let alone if he actually was a dangerous criminal WHO WAS ARMED … because racism or something.
