The billboard originally featured Melissa Joan Hart, who plays a teacher who is sued by the ACLU for quoting Jesus in a class about civil disobedience. Her picture was accompanied with the quote, “I’d rather stand with God and be judged by the world than stand with the world and be judged by God.”

Orange Barrel Media, the group that rents out the space, told a reporter from Pure Flix, the distributor, it didn’t like the “judged by God” message, calling it “too political” and “way too incendiary.” It was also reported the title of the movie itself was problematic for the media company.
