As the tragic news about the passing of Eric Bolling’s 19-year-old son, Eric Chase Bolling, spread through social media, decent human beings were shocked, saddened and sending thoughts and prayers to the Bolling family.
Keywords, ‘decent human beings.’
Sadly there were plenty of people politicizing the young man’s death, and even using it as a means to attack Eric Bolling himself, like this tweet from nobody marathon runner, Dane Rauschenberg:
Sorry for Eric. Doesn't negate he is a sexually harassing, race-baiting, fear mongering ass. https://t.co/DJDuisVOHe
— Dane Rauschenberg (@SeeDaneRun) September 9, 2017
Pretty awful, yes? If you spend any time on Twitter you’ve likely seen Dane say other repugnant things, it’s pretty much his only purpose in social media; otherwise he’s fairly forgettable.
This however was vile even for him.
What joy could you possibly get from acting this way?

See Dane tweet. See Dane make an ass of himself.
You, sir, are scum. Please keep running, as far away from the rest of civilization as possible.
— Dan Gainor (@dangainor) September 10, 2017
You should be ashamed.
— (((Charlie Martin))) (@chasrmartin) September 9, 2017
He should be. But he won’t be.
You are a vile and disgusting person. I hope you have enough humanity to be ashamed of yourself
— Int'l Man of Covfefe (@yitzyy) September 10, 2017
Wouldn’t count on it.
Disgusting pig – only words to describe you.
— Grateful Mom (@mom_grateful) September 10, 2017
We like, ‘Colossal douchebag’ but ‘disgusting pig’ works too.
You sound sorry. I can read the empathy and humanity in your words contradicting how "sorry" you are,
— Jim Dandy (@lordthx1139) September 10, 2017
Yeah, he’s clearly very sorry. *eye roll*
How this tweet should have gone. (You should try class and respect for a change.) pic.twitter.com/7EdDGKufh2

Or you know, don’t tweet it at all?
Trolls are gonna troll.
