As Twitchy reported, Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced criminal charges this morning in the Freddie Gray case.
It should be a somber moment for the Gray family, for the police officers and their families, and for the people of Baltimore.
But for some citizens, it is cause for a celebration that comes off as rather ghoulish.
