Maryland GOP Gov. Larry Hogan takes charge in Baltimore: 'Criminal activity will not be tolerated' [photos]

Oberlin grad and Democratic mob-coddling Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake let her city go up in the flames. Maryland GOP Gov. Larry Hogan won’t let chaos reign. He’s moved the governor’s mansion temporarily to Baltimore, is walking the streets, and laying down the law.
