Invoking the horrific jihad attack on Kenya’s Westgate Mall in Nairobi two years ago, a new video by al-Shabab operatives calls on their murderous brethren to do the same at new shopping complexes around the world. Canada’s West Edmonton Mall and Minnesota’s Mall of America were name-checked. As was London’s Oxford Street.
