Was @KatyPerry's #AMAs performance racist? http://t.co/iFxytNtwgX pic.twitter.com/ycuC0BGoAj

Reaaaaaally? Pop diva Katy Perry dressed as a Japanese geisha for her performance of “Unconditionally” at the American Music Awards tonight. The theatrical event included high-flying back-up dancers and lavish scenes from the Orient. We’re just relieved she kept all her clothes on and refrained from twerking.
But it appears the grievance-mongers want to make a thing out of her adopting Eastern costumery. P.C. police, hear them roar:
get the camera off katy perry she's racist

"So I had this racist nightmare. I think we should have Katie reenact it on teevee." -Katy @katyperry 's Creative Team

Thank goodness, there are still some viewers out there who haven’t been afflicted fatally by the P.C. virus.
