Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the Nanny of NYC, is getting bad marks for his usual pedantic delivery of snow storm advice this afternoon, along with his cringe-inducing attempts at Spanish. His sign language interpreter, Pamela Mitchell, however is getting nothing but rave reviews for Winter Storm Nemo performance:
