Immediately after Democrat leaders gushed over themselves tonight for protecting the middle class by supporting the Senate fiscal cliff bill, GOP Rep. Louis Gohmert took 15 seconds to use their own words and point out a bittersweet irony:
Louie Gohmert sarcastically thanks Dems for acknowledging that 98 pct of Bush tax cuts help the middle class

Gohmert: 15 sec on floor. All he Says is "thanks Dems for admitting that Bush tax cuts helped the middle class for years."

Rep. Gohmert thanks Dems for "finally realizing that 98 percent of the Bush tax cuts help the middle class" before yielding, to some laughs.

Rep. Gohmert isn’t the only one making the point:
So impressed by all the dems now publicly acknowledging bush tax cuts helped 98% of Americans and strengthened the middle class #liblogic

Looks like Democrats are finally admitting the Bush tax cuts are good for middle class Americans by making them permanent.
