Twitter users sure have been coming up with a lot of comedy gold using Vice President Biden as the well-deserved butt of their hilarious jokes. This morning, they tried to guess his next gaffe, after he was sent home to Delaware. Now, there are reports claiming that Secretary of State Clinton turned down suggestions to replace Biden on the ticket.
