As Twitchy reported last night, Romney spokesperson Andrea Saul pulled a major facepalm. She invoked Romneycare when debunking the Obama SuperPAC repugnant ad that grossly, and fallaciously, tried to link Mitt Romney to a woman’s death from cancer.
