Lefty feminists on Twitter spinning for Hilary Rosen, attacking Ann Romney

Evidently, not everyone got the “cut and run” memo regarding Hilary Rosen’s disparaging and highly insulting remarks. Of course, Marcotte could just be bitter, having been thrown under the bus by John Edwards herself. Except she keeps going, exposing what many on the Left actually believe about motherhood and mothers.

Claiming that is the issue is objectively false, dear. Rosen said that Ann Romney “never worked a day in her life.” Meaning, being a stay at home mom is not work and is irrelevant. Silly little moms know nothing about anything, you see. Economics and such are beyond their ken. But keep spinning. It’s working out really well for y’all.

Sneer quotes! He doesn’t use sneer quotes when raving about how twenty-six year olds are able to mooch off of their parents’ health insurance under Obamacare.

Marcotte and the Daily Kos’s Markos Moulitsas are joined by more of the usual suspects, including the always jackassy David Schuster.

Perhaps David would accept a lowly mom’s opinion on economics if she were incessantly demanding “free” birth control?

Jessica Valenti, author and writer at The Nation, weighs in.

Valenti calls herself a feminist evangelist, which should tell you all you need to know. Of course, she is only a feminist if you are the right kind of woman. And of course she spins it around to class warfare. If gender warfare ain’t working, try class warfare!

Those fancy pants rich folks! Except it’s not, no matter how many times one tries to throw in lame comments about 1 percenters.

Perhaps these out of touch Rosen defenders should talk to some real moms (and dads) once in a while. Start here.
