For a bit of background, I was born into a family where both sides were very observant Pentecostals. My mother's father was a Pentecostal Minister and they spent her entire childhood moving every four years around Florida as they were assigned to new churches. My Dad's mother ran the childcare center at our Pentecostal church and I attended there until I started elementary school at our church's private school. I stayed in parochial school until grade 8 and then went to public high school. We still never missed a Sunday of church and then it was time to go to college, I went to our denomination's university, Lee University, in Cleveland, Tennessee. I say all of that to show I am very steeped in church culture and I've seen it all. I am a devout Christian and we still go to church at that same location where I went to pre-school and my parents got married. My son will be the fourth generation to marry at that church. So, it really grinds my gears when I see 'pastors' equate right wing politics with somehow disobeying the Bible. Today, my frustration ran headlong into Zach.
If your pastor is an ICE agent, it's time to find a new church.

This is Zach's bio:
born/raised in Austin. pastor . cofounder Post-Evangelical Collective. doctoral student . author of Better Ways to Read the Bible
I could have sketched out what Zach looked like just from reading his bio. I knew he'd have an unkempt beard, a bald head, a sleeve of tattoos, black glasses and wear skinny jeans. As much as these Pastors think they are so edgy, they all look just alike. They care way more about Progressive politics than actually preaching the Bible or protecting worship services. They call themselves Christians, but their real Messiah is Leftism.
If your pastor can't read, proven by his support of LGBTQ sins as faithful to the Bible, it's time to find a new church. https://t.co/u9ebQIcaxE

The scary thing is, he is selling a book about 'how to read the Bible'. Thankfully, if you can read and the Bible has been translated to your language, you don't need a Zach to tell you how to read it. Go read it for yourself. That way, you can ensure you are not led astray by false prophets.
If your pastor celebrates Harvey Milk, you need to find a church for the first time. You were never in one in his. https://t.co/pQ1T7ybW0B

If your Pastor hides illegal aliens to thwart law enforcement so they can't be deported, find another Church.

If your Pastor does what's described below, he believes in rule of law, that America is a sovereign country with borders, stick w that Church, you've found a good one. https://t.co/pqgaDn75FM
In college, we had to study the whole Bible, and not one time did it say a country wasn't allowed to have borders. America is allowed to have them as is every other country on Earth.
If your Pastor believes the Bible has errors, denies that Jesus died to pay the penalty for your sin, denies the reality of judgment and hell, and affirms and celebrates what God calls sin, it's time to find a new church. https://t.co/yzNbJnEQao

Run from these false prophets. The Bible tells us to flee them.
2 Peter 2:1
“But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them — bringing swift destruction on themselves. – 2 Peter 2:1
It's easy to buy into nonsense that is in direct contradiction to the Word of God.
"I know that after I leave, savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock. Even from your own number, men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples after them" Acts 20: 29-30 https://t.co/rUFf0pQX9k

It's important for Christians to have a shepherd following the ACTUAL Bible and one who supports the rights of all Americans to worship without disruption from mobs.
