Broadway Was Not a New Amy Coney Barrett Low but Rather a Lesson in Simple Civility

Listen, I know Justice Amy Coney Barrett has been a bit of a disappointment lately. Some of her decisions have been head scratchers for sure. Nevertheless, it is a GOOD thing for Supreme Court Justices to get along. It is preferable for them to trust each other and respect each other as people. The court should not be a political body, no matter how much the Left would like it to be. For those who have yet to hear the latest uproar, here is a quick primer:

It seems weird until you read what a child of a deceased Supreme Court Justice has to say.

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett revealed this week that she threw a welcome party for the court's newest member, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, and arranged for someone to sing songs from the hit Broadway musical "Hamilton" at the bash, according to a report.

He did his best to clear it all up for Twitter today. As a reminder, Anton Scalia was known to be friends with RBG and they did not agree on much politically and philosophically.

It used to be the American way.

It is certainly not a great commentary on our society. That is for certain.

In many ways, she is. Just not for this reason.

All of America should take some time this weekend to touch grass.
