Today, Director Cheatle of the Secret Service appeared before a Congressional committee and I am more convinced than ever she needs to resign. She offered no new information to Americans nine days after Trump's attempted assassination. It's unacceptable.

To their credit, even Democrats were outraged.

It's very heartening to see both sides actually care about this issue.

Of course, because he's a Democrat, Raskin had to slip some gun control nonsense into the mix, but he mostly sided with Republicans against Cheatle.

Nancy Mace was very fired up. Don't play her video if little ears are around or you are at work.

When you've lost AOC, you know it's bad. AOC is absolutely right in this case. To suggest sharing a report on this event in 60 days when the election is almost over, is malpractice.

Cheatle needs to resign. Under he watch a President was almost killed. It was only by the grace of God, Trump is still living. Taking 'full responsibility' means resigning your job when you fail.

Both Chairman Comer and Ranking Member Raskin issued a joint statement after the hearing calling on Cheatle to resign, It was that bad. I was enraged watching the spectacle. She truly believes she doesn't owe the American people anything.
