Gutierrez was on The Kelly File on Fox News tonight and Megyn Kelly took him to task for his over the top — almost threatening — remarks about the reaction from illegal immigrants. The hysterical Gutierrez clearly doesn’t respect the rule of law and chose to wallow in meaningless emotional arguments. He lashed out at the Republican Party as “mean and xenophobic.” Kelly was having none of it.

The fact that he explained his “militancy” remark by saying they will become more politically active seems to be a tacit admission that illegal aliens will be voting.
