Rand Paul sure has been firing off the Twitter memes lately. He may not have thought this one through before hitting the tweet button.

It’s true Jeb hasn’t run before, but that’s mainly because he was waiting his turn within the Bush dynasty. However, Senator Paul forgot about one other problematic “same old candidate” we’ve had to endure over the years.
