Roseanne Barr needs a private moment with Rosie O'Donnell

Based on this May tweet, Roseanne Barr is probably pretty psyched about Rosie O’Donnell’s return to “The View.”

Yesterday she let Rosie know there was a direct message waiting for her.

A DM? For Twitchy’s sake, let’s hope other celebs don’t catch on to that Twitter feature. Then again, maybe we’re better off if some messages between Rosie and Roseanne remain private.

Is Roseanne angling for a spot on the panel with Rosie?

@therealroseanne @Rosie U, Rosie and Whoopie would make the best talk show ever!

@therealroseanne you on the view would be fun!

Roseanne says that’s one train wreck that’s not in the cards.

It looks like “The View” with Whoopi, Rosie and — heh — Meghan McCain (?) may have to circle the drain without Roseanne.

You know what that lineup needs? Martha Plimpton, natch.

@Rosie Please consider Martha Plimpton for the View
