Priceless! Sebelius' 'very slow speed' Obamacare spin meets hilarious high-speed mockery

This morning, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius visited the House Energy and Commerce Committee for a dizzying verbal gymnastics performance. She testified that the Obamacare website has “never crashed.” It’s “functional, but at a very slow speed and very low reliability.”

Her brain? It didn’t crash, it’s just functioning at a very slow speed.
