DOJ: Paula Broadwell won't face cyberstalking charges related to Petraeus scandal

Remember those threatening emails Gen. Petraeus’ mistress Paul Broadwell reportedly sent to Jill Kelley, the other “other woman” in the Petraeus scandal? Well, apparently Broadwell won’t face cyberstalking charges, according to the Justice Department.

Broadwell’s lawyer, Robert Muse, gave The Associated Press a letter from U.S. Attorney Robert O’Neill that says no federal charges will be brought in Florida related to “alleged acts of cyberstalking.”
