Benghazi testimony: Petraeus knew it was a terrorist attack; CIA talking points changed, says Rep. King

David Petraeus delievered testimony about the Benghazi terrorist attack to the House intelligence committee this morning. According to Rep. Peter King, Petraeus said he knew from the beginning that the attack wasn’t a “spontaneous” response to some crummy video.
